Re-Enrollment For Current Families:
December 4, 2023-January 26, 2024

Enrollment For New Families: 
January 29, 2024

Documentation Required:
A $72 non-refundable fee is required at the time of application and a copy of the following documentation is required at time of registration:
  1. Birth Certificate
  2. Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)
  3. Immunization Record
  4. Physical within one year of entry
  5. Proof of vaccinations and screenings required by the Department of Public Health

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health requires the following:
  1. DPT – 5 doses, Polio – 4 doses, MMR – 2 doses
  2. Hepatitis B vaccine – 3 doses
  3. Lead Screen testing
  4. Varicella (chicken pox) – 1 dose or verification of having had the disease
  5. Tuberculin test or screening

Applications

Lawrence Catholic Academy accepts applications for admission in Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 8 year-round.

Below is the application for Pre-Kindergarten (students must be 3 or 4 by September 1), Kindergarten (students must be 5 by September 1), and Grades 1-8.
Families will be notified of their child’s admission after submitting the completed application along with ALL additional documents and fees to Lawrence Catholic Academy. Please note that if your child is placed on the waiting list, your registration fee will not be processed until the student has been officially accepted into the school.
