Admissions Process

We are thrilled that you are considering sending your child to Lawrence Catholic Academy (LCA)!
LCA admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. We do not discriminate in administration of our educational policies, admission policies, scholarship programs and athletic and other school administered programs.
Non-Catholic students are welcome at Lawrence Catholic Academy. The non-Catholic students participate in all aspects of the religion curriculum. The students celebrate with the entire student body in all Liturgical celebrations.
Registration Requirements:
Students enrolling in Kindergarten may be screened and/or interviewed. Students enrolling in Grades 1 to 8 must bring their current report card and are interviewed by the Principal. They may be required to take a screening/placement test. Families will be notified by mail about acceptance.
Age Requirements:
Students must have attended Kindergarten to enter 1st Grade at Lawrence Catholic Academy in September. Valid proof of birth date must be presented at registration.

Lawrence Catholic Academy will have financial assistance for families with demonstrated need*. Families must apply online through FACTS at https://online.factsmgt.com/aid AND enroll in one of our Tuition Payment options through FACTS at our Family Portal on Renweb. Pay-in-full on or before July 1, or pay in ten or eleven-month bank-to-bank installment payments, beginning in July.
*Please note that you must apply for financial assistance and be enrolled in one of the Tuition Payment Options with FACTS, or no tuition assistance will be awarded.

- Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)

- $70 Application/Registration Fee(non-refundable)

- Immunization Record from doctor with all mandatory immunizations recorded
- Copy of a Physical Exam dated within the past 12 months
- Health Questionnaire filled out by parent
- Mantoux Tuberculin (PPD) skin test or risk assessment form filled out by MD
- Lead Test – date and results (for Pre-K and Kindergarten entry)
- Vision Screening completed by MD (for Pre-K and Kindergarten entry)
